The 10 Most Essential Selling Skills for B2B Businesses in 2014 [Infographic]

As we get set to head into another new year I wanted to take a few minutes and share what I think is a highly relevant infographic that was shared this morning on HubSpot's blog by Mike Schultz (@Mike_Schultz) of RAIN Group.

To identify what separates sales winners from second-place finishers, RAIN Group studied over 700 B2B purchases from the buyer’s perspective to find out what really happened in their buying experiences.

In the infographic below, they share the 10 most essential selling skills you need to succeed in sales today -- all extracted from the findings of their study. These selling skills are what buyers indicated were the top factors that separated sales winners from second-place finishers.  

As Mike wrote, "Sellers who put these skills to use will be most likely to end up in the winner’s circle in 2014."
