Village Gardner has been a reliable landscaping partner in the Jackson Hole, WY market since 1996. In 2024, Chase Coates purchased this company to expand his geographic reach.

Landscape Leadership had a 10+ year relationship with Chase's other two brands in Idaho. So, we set out to create a powerful new brand in this area, applying what we've learned together over the years.

We’ve been working with Village Gardener since 2025.

The challenge

Chase was a busy owner managing this brand from another state. This WY brand had a good customer base and positive local reputation. It just needed a refreshing brand image so it could stand out and grow. 

Some things he wanted to accomplish were:

  • Dramatically increase website traffic
  • Generate qualified leads for their various service divisions from design-build, maintenance, etc,
  • Attract affluent clientele and referral partners such as landscape architects and custom homebuilders
  • Visually connect this new brand to its parent brand, Outback Landscape
