Landscape Leadership's social media consulting model is based on the three-step landscape design-build-maintain process that many green industry businesses are familiar with. The "Design" is the first and most critical step of our consulting process. An expertly conceived strategy and plan based on concrete objectives sets the course for your company's social media efforts. After the design phase your company can set sail on its own or continue to partner with Landscape Leadership throughout the "Build" and "Management" phases. Each client we work with is unique and has different requirements.

Step 1: Design

The "Design" phase includes:

    Online Analysis- An in-depth analysis of your company's current social media and online activity.

    Competitor Analysis- An in-depth analysis of your top competitor's social media and online activity. This is meant to give you a full understanding of where you stand online compared to your competition.

    Strategic Plan- Strategic planning begins by identifying your concrete objectives; be it building customer loyalty, increasing brand awareness or driving direct sales. A step-by-step plan is developed to meet these objectives.

    Budget Study & Proposal- A detailed estimate of all costs associated with your social media strategic plan is presented to you.

Step 2: Build

The "Build" phase includes:

    Account Set-up- Creation of social media accounts such as Facebook Pages and YouTube channels. This can also include Wordpress design/development and email newsletter set-up and design.

    Graphic Design- Expert graphic design can include custom blog themes, Facebook Page covers, Twitter and YouTube backgrounds and custom website graphics.

    Content Plan & Editorial Calendar- Detailed editorial plans organize your social media efforts. Gain control over what content to publish, when to publish it and where to publish your content.

Step 3: Maintain

The "Management" phase includes:

    Community Management- Day-to-day management of your social media plan by Landscape Leadership. We oversee and coordinate all aspects of your social media strategy from on-going content creation to community engagement.

    On-going Content Creation- Professional content creation includes blog posts, newsletters, web copy, news releases, photography and video production.

    Training- Regular on-site and online training for your employees who want to take an active roll in your company's social media efforts.

    Reputation Management- Real-time monitoring and reporting of what is being said about your company online. This includes mentions on websites, blogs, social networks, forums and review sites.
