Building a presence online for your company is essential. But doing so can be an enormously overwhelming challenge. New social networks, weekly changes to Facebook, more friend requests...how are you supposed to keep up with it all while still running your business?

We can't spend our time everywhere, doing everything.

It's unrealistic to think that your business can have a vibrant Facebook Page, a compelling blog, a popular YouTube channel, etc. You can't be effective with everything.

I've found that one of the challenges a lot of businesses and professionals face is what I call "social overwhelm". With technology evolving so rapidly, and with all the frequent changes, it's extremely difficult to keep up with everything.

Not only that, but to be successful with social media you have to participate and engage on a consistent basis-week in, week out. How do you do that without going crazy-or getting overwhelmed!?!?

This presentation covers 21 practical tips and strategies for managing your valuable time more effectively online and with social media specifically. I break these tips into three groups of seven each: "Big picture concepts", "time management strategies", and "tools and tactics".
