Profit Tip of the Week: An Automated Lead Source

With new construction at a virtual stand still, right now is a
great time to pursue landscape renovation projects. One way I've done this in the past is by subscribing to
residential real estate listings. This is absolutely free. My goal was to identify recently purchased homes in specific
neighborhoods that sold at a certain price point. When I identified a home that peaked my interest, I would send
the new homeowners a handwritten, personalized note introducing
myself and explaining that I would be interested in working with
them in the future. I actually received a 20% response rate from this! You will probably need a realtor to set this up for you. Explain
to them what homes you are interested in and they will add you
to their system. You will then receive automatic email "alerts." Here's some of the information these listings will contain: 1. Photos of the home
2. Address and parcel number
3. Sale price
4. Real estate agent and contact information
5. Extensive comments and descriptions You will need to do your own research to identify the new
